Membership sessions reset monthly. Unused sessions do not roll over and have no cash value. Membership benefits are available only while the membership is active and in good standing.
6. Scheduling and Appointment Policies
Scheduling access is available only to paid users. All consultations must be scheduled through the website’s scheduling system.
- Appointments must be scheduled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to attend a scheduled session result in forfeiture of that session.
